Postage and handling is a flat rate fee of $15 within Australia.

Orders within Australia are shipped express via Australia Post with signature on delivery, tracking and insurance. Orders will take from 3-5 business days. If no one is available at the time of delivery Australia Post will leave a calling card – it is your responsibility to arrange for re-delivery or pick up from your post office.

Orders can be tracked through the Australia Post Website. Once your order has been dispatched we will notify you via email and provide a tracking number.



Unfortunately, at this stage we are not shipping internationally. Sign up to our newsletter on our home page to get a notice when we start shipping outside of Australia or contact us for any special shipment requests. 



Please note the following:

Your order will be shipped within 2-3 days of receipt. We do not ship on weekends or public holidays so orders received on those days will be shipped the following business day. Delivery times are an estimate only and Details Designer Jewellery cannot be accountable for late deliveries. Please provide Details Designer Jewelery with correct Shipping/Delivery information as we will not be held responsible for an incorrectly entered address or an address that is not regocnised by Australia Post. We are unable to redirect orders after items have been dispatched and we cannot refund or replace items that are tracked as being delivered.

Your jewellery will be carefully packaged to ensure that it arrives in pristine condition. If for any reason your jewellery arrives damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours. Email hello@detailsjewellery.com for any shipping concerns and you will receive a prompt response. 



All prices listed on our site are charged to your credit card in Australian dollars. The bank that has issued your credit card determines the exchange rate that you will be charged, but in general it should match closely with the current rate.



In the very unlikely case that a product you have purchased is unavailable we will contact you immediately. If the transaction has been processed, we will reverse the payment. We will then inform you when the product will be available. For any enquires regarding this please email hello@detailsjewellery.com and you will receive a prompt response.
