RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

We will happily exchange an item for a different size or change of mind within 10 days of delivery date. Postage to send an item back for an exchange will be at the customer’s own expense. Due to hygiene reasons however, please note that earrings cannot be exchanged or refunded.

Unfortunately, refunds will not be accepted unless there is a manufacturing fault present. In case of faulty items, a refund can be given upon inspection of the item, and outgoing postage will be refunded. Please read our terms on faulty items below for more information.

To exchange or receive a credit for your purchase Details Designer Jewellery must receive the product in the original packaging and in the exact condition it was sent out in. It must not have been worn.

Before returning or exchanging any items please email us at hello@detailsjewellery to request a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number stating your full name, order number and reason for return / exchange. Please note that all items should have an RMA number. Unidentified returns may be returned to the sender.

After you have received your RMA number, please securely package your item in its original box and send it to the below address using an insured express service with signature on delivery. We will not be held responsible for jewellery lost or damaged during postage back to us.

FAULTY ITEMS

All our jewellery is hand made by artisans using skills passed down through generations. Metal shapes and finishing’s can be slightly irregular and colours do vary making each piece unique. We pride ourselves on exceptional quality and all items are quality checked before they are ready for dispatch, therefore manufacturing faults are rare. However, if you happen to believe your Details Designer Jewellery purchase is faulty please follow our RMA procedure found in the returns and exchange policy above. Upon receiving your email, our team will inspect your item to determine if the jewellery is in fact faulty. In this case, we will either repair, replace or refund at our own discretion.

Please note that general wear and tear in the course of normal use is not considered a manufacturing fault. Jewellery containing gem stones are delicate and fragile and should be handled carefully. Manufacturing faults do not include oxidised silver, cracked and broken stones or if an item has been bent out of shape from general wear.
